Dear Real Estate Investor,
I had to get out of my office today and away from the phones ringing off the hook with questions from real estate investors all over the country. All freaking out because they have a property somewhere that they want to buy or refinance or build or rehab and they can’t get financing because _____________. (insert one of 12,000 possible reasons here).
People! PLEASE quit listening to the gurus who are telling you “Just find a great deal and the financing will appear.”
Financing never just appears. You have to go get it. And most times, you have to fight for it. And if you don’t understand the secrets of investor mortgages you will either get royally ripped off or you will be strung along until the 11th hour only to lose the deal because the financing fell through.
